The BS in Education, STEM secondary concentration, VolsTeach 6-12 Earth science specialization undergraduate degree also leads to a Tennessee teaching license in secondary Earth science. In addition to engaging in multiple field experiences throughout their program of study, students also spent one semester as an apprentice teacher in an earth science classroom during their final year.
