Education major with Elementary Education Concentration, Undergraduate Internship

The BS in Education, elementary education concentration degree has two pathways that lead to elementary education teacher licensure: undergraduate internship and five-year internship specialization. In the undergraduate internship pathway, students earn a BS in Education with an elementary education concentration and a Tennessee teaching license in elementary education during their undergraduate coursework. In addition to engaging in multiple field experiences throughout their program of study, students also spent two full semesters in an elementary classroom during their final year.
